Like thousands of other people, I have been fighting belly fat for years and always losing no matter what I tried. I have all types of equipment at home that I have used faithfully because each one promised to be the answer to the problems I had with my midsection. When the Ab Circle Pro was delivered, I was impressed with it from the start. Not only wasn’t it difficult to use, I enjoyed the workout I got from it. It has a smooth, twisting movement that lets you easily rotate from side to side so that your entire midsection is engaged in the workout. It was only a short time before I started to see results. Not only did Ab Circle Pro help me build muscle in my midsection, it also created definition where there had never been any before from any other type of workout.

The reason that Ab Circle Pro works when hundreds of crunches don’t is that it works all of the abdominal muscles instead of just the ones in the front. You can feel it working while you are using it but it isn’t uncomfortable at all. Not only did it add definition to the front of my abs, it also slimmed down my waistline and got rid of those annoying little “love handles” on the sides.
