Lets face it there are so many Ab products out there on the market. For some reason we are all totally obsessed with our Abs. Now I decided, for whatever reason to buy the Abdoer Twist and see how effective it is in toning my body and abs.

Well, I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. The Abdoer Twist has this twisting action that really does help you build lean muscles. The twists help you tighten youre core and burn calories at the same time. Dont ask me how but the results speak for themselves.

I also noticed that the more I did the twists on this machine, I was getting a complete body workout and you can do it all in the comfort of your own living room. Thats the part I like the most because Im not really into gyms and public arenas.

My favorite feature of the Abdoer Twist is probably the massage roller that you can use. I found this to be very soothing and relaxing after a good solid workout. Who would say no to a therapeutic message every time? After all, we do need to treat ourselves for the hard work right?

The other thing that comes with the whole Abdoer Twist pack is a bonus guide and instructional DVD along with beginning, middle and advanced techniques on getting the best out of the machine, so there is really something there for everyone.

Do yourself a favor and take a serious look at this machine. I highly recommend it!

If you hate doing exercise as much as I do, you will understand that aerobics are not at the top of my list for daily activities! I have tried every kind of exercise video I could to help me get fit (and lose a few extra pounds) but I could never stay interested in anything long enough to get results. Then I saw an infomercial for Hip Hop Abs and it looked like a lot of fun. I love to dance so I thought it might be the right exercise approach for me.

I ordered Hip Hop Abs and started using it the very first day after it arrived. It is great! Not only can Shaun T dance, but he is funny and entertaining as well. He goes slowly enough to allow me to keep up as he demonstrates all the moves. It was so much fun doing the DVD that it didn’t even feel like I was working out!

Like thousands of other people, I have been fighting belly fat for years and always losing no matter what I tried. I have all types of equipment at home that I have used faithfully because each one promised to be the answer to the problems I had with my midsection. I have also tried working out at the gym five days a week but even when other areas of my body showed significant improvements, my midsection stayed the same. Also like a lot of other people, I have tried doing hundreds of crunches and sit-ups to get my abs in shape even though experts tell you that they don’t work. I just kept hoping that if I did enough, something would finally have to work.

When I saw Ab Circle Pro advertised, my hopes were renewed. The principles that the equipment’s design is based on actually made sense! I have to admit that I was reluctant to purchase any new exercise equipment that would be added to the collection I already had but the temptation finally won out. I purchased Ab Circle Pro and waited anxiously for its arrival.

When the Ab Circle Pro was delivered, I was impressed with it from the start. Not only wasn’t it difficult to use, I enjoyed the workout I got from it. It has a smooth, twisting movement that lets you easily rotate from side to side so that your entire midsection is engaged in the workout. It was only a short time before I started to see results. Not only did Ab Circle Pro help me build muscle in my midsection, it also created definition where there had never been any before from any other type of workout.

The reason that Ab Circle Pro works when hundreds of crunches don’t is that it works all of the abdominal muscles instead of just the ones in the front. You can feel it working while you are using it but it isn’t uncomfortable at all. Not only did it add definition to the front of my abs, it also slimmed down my waistline and got rid of those annoying little “love handles” on the sides. If you have a basement full of exercise equipment already or if you have never bought the first piece, I would recommend Ab Circle Pro for anyone who needs a way to slim down and tone-up their midsection.
