Like most people I too made the typical New Year’s resolution to loose weight, and get in shape. Of course this was not the first time I made such a resolution, but this time I was determined to achieve my goal. So when I heard about p90x from a friend, I immediately searched for p90x reviews . I was pleased to discover that the p90x reviews were easy to find and all seemed to agree with my friend’s assessment of the workout. After doing my homework, I purchased the program. When it arrived I was excited to get started, so I began immediately. Let me just provide one word of caution. I found this program to be quite intense and challenging for someone that was somewhat out of shape when I began. Fortunately the instructor, Tony Horton, is animated and encouraging throughout the p90x workout , which encourages you to stay focused and finish each session. I also liked how the workouts changed with each day. I never felt bored, or that I was overworking one body part.
Another thing I liked about the program was the informational material that was included on what a good and healthy diet should be. I found the information to be easy to understand and incorporate into my daily life. In all I found the p90x workout program and the dietary information to be wonderful and worth investing in. The results came quickly and were unmistakable, which encouraged me even further to continue with the program.
