I am overall pleased with the product with only a few cons. No product is perfect. It may be close but it is not perfect.

The thing I like best about the product is that it promotes muscle confusion and it works. Like other p90x reviews have said, it works more muscles at once. I bought these DVD’s believing that it would work more muscles at one time so that I would have a more complete workout.

I have been doing the workout for about a month now with mainly good things to speak about it. The good things are that Tony Horton is a great trainer and good for motivation. He keeps you motivated and makes you feel like you really can reach your goal of getting in better shape. The music is also good, not something I would listen to everyday, but it is ok. It is repetitive, but it helps you focus on the workout. If you are listening to the music to much you may lose focus of the workout. The only bad thing I can say is that it moves very fast. It is hard when you are first starting the workout to keep up, but the more you do the workout the better you get at it. Tony Horton is helping me get in shape.
